Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and prioritise the work of the remote data management team.
- Own and optimise the local data technology stack, including Clay, HubSpot, Lusha, and ChatGPT.
- Ensure data across the GTM stack is accurate, governed, auditable, and scalable.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years in data operations, campaign operations, or CRM operations.
- Strong understanding of data quality, segmentation, enrichment, and workflow automation.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot or similar platforms.
