Job Objectives:
- Own the integrity, structure, and usefulness of marketing data, reporting, and CRM (HubSpot) so the whole team can trust the numbers and act on them.
- Design, draft, and implement marketing tactics that impact pipeline and activate leads, turning marketing activity into measurable revenue impact.
- Give the marketing team an operational backbone: better processes, cleaner data, smarter automation, and hands-on support across initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own HubSpot data quality end to end — capture, structure, dedupe, and maintain data so what's in the CRM reflects reality.
- Define pipeline criteria and move contacts through the funnel, coordinating efforts with the team to ensure accurate reports and dashboards.
- Design and continuously improve automations and workflows that save time and cut manual error, while tracking key metrics like lead generation and pipeline velocity.
Required Skills:
- Strong, hands-on HubSpot/CRM expertise — data model, reporting, lifecycle stages, automation, and workflows (non-negotiable).
- Advanced English (C1 or C2) and an AI-native way of working, using AI tools as a natural part of daily operations.
- 4+ years in Marketing Ops/RevOps/CRM management with a solid business and revenue mindset, plus proactive, curious, and improvement-driven attitude.
