Director, Operations Excellence

The Director, Operations Excellence, Chief Innovation Office (CIO), Danaher Diagnostics, will drive the establishment, adoption, and sustainment of execution and process excellence across the CIO enterprise. This role involves driving efficiency within the CIO through implementation of robust processes and systems, while also driving operational excellence in the preparation, execution, and follow-up processes for CIO-led meetings. Additionally, this position requires driving execution using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools such as VPM, VSM, Daily Management, and Key Performance Indicator Metric Tracking. The position does not have any direct reports at this time and will be fully remote.
