About the Role:
- Strategic leadership role driving technical evolution of a mature SaaS platform.
- Combine technical leadership, people management, and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute engineering vision and technical roadmap.
- Oversee architecture, scalability, security, and system performance.
- Drive adoption of AI-native development practices and automation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading engineering organizations in high-scale SaaS.
- Strong technical background with ability to guide architectural discussions.
- Fluent English required; German is a plus.
