What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers driving high technical standards for scalable machine learning infrastructure.
- Define the multi-quarter technical strategy for data generation, orchestration, and distributed training.
- Represent the Scalable ML team in architecture decisions and resolve cross-team tradeoffs on shared infrastructure.
