Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities. Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months. Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations. Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs. Performance Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios. Strategic Partnership Development: Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
