Job Description
As a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will own recruiting for all hiring needs across the customer/support department. In this role, you will manage all hiring for customer and support, acting as a coach and project manager for our hiring managers, managing recruitment logistics, identifying and engaging with potential candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key objectives include streamlining candidate communications, sourcing candidates, managing recruitment data, and contributing to continuous improvement of our sourcing and recruitment strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Evaluate and engage with inbound candidates. Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels. Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Act as project manager, managing the hiring manager and hiring team through the recruitment process.
