VP – Enterprise Data Management

Reprise Financial is seeking an experienced VP – Enterprise Data Management to lead our EDM team of approximately 15 people. This role will primarily focus on working with Operational, Analytics and Support functions to gather requirements, design and implement data solutions from Database Architecture, ETL Design, production support and database development. This is a leadership role where designing, documenting and improving processes is an important facet to deliver effective operational databases, data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. The role is responsible for leading future changes, identifying and tracking deliverables, testing and documenting necessary changes. The position will engage with Compliance, IT, Operational and Analytics units to identify and prioritize the delivery of relevant solutions. The role will lead the organization in the continued migration to cloud solutions such as Fabric. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SQL Server and other Database platforms with the ability to act independently, while communicating with all levels of the business in written and verbal form.
