Role Overview:
- Lead end-to-end product design for our Card Platform, from mobile UX iterations to new product expansions.
- Support design needs for our Trust Invest business, including micro-iterations and customer requests.
Research and Strategy:
- Drive customer insight by identifying open questions and conducting interviews and usability tests.
- Synthesize findings into design implications for both near-term and long-term roadmap decisions.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Act as a design consultant and advocate for the user perspective in cross-functional discussions.
- Present design decisions to senior stakeholders and external partners.
