Design intuitive and efficient user experiences for back-office products and internal tools.
Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

What You'll Do:

Conduct user research and usability testing with internal users to simplify complex workflows.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other designers across the product lifecycle.
Maintain consistency by contributing to the design system and reviewing implemented solutions.

Who You Are:

5+ years in product design, including at least two in fintech, payments, banking, or complex B2B SaaS.
Confident with dense interfaces, Figma at system-author level, and fintech literacy in KYC/AML, compliance, and security.
Autonomous in a distributed team with English at B2 or above.
