Software QA Engineer III, Localization

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer III at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. BetterHelp is changing the way it tests its software. You will be part of an agile software development team with the responsibility to define and perform the tests necessary to ensure that our products meet the high standards we set for quality. You will have the opportunity to determine the best strategy for testing the features that fall into your responsibilities You will write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports and scalable, reliable automated tests using tools such as Cypress or Playwright. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers, lead testing for small to medium features, and mentor junior QA team members. Research test tools, methodologies, and trends to improve existing practices and processes.
