New Product Lead

The Product Lead will develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps for Bedsider, AbortionFinder, and potentially new products, aligning them with organizational strategy and mission. Strategic trade-offs around resource allocation, feature prioritization, and timelines will be necessary, ensuring the highest-impact outcomes for users while factoring in grant requirements and budget constraints. The role involves presenting product updates to senior leadership, the Board of Directors, funders, and other external stakeholders. Collaboration with a project manager is essential to coordinate sprints, manage timelines, and deliver features on schedule. The product lead will collaborate with the engineering team, designers, and external vendors to write and estimate tickets and oversee acceptance testing. They should oversee QA processes, supervise vendor relationships, coordinate grant proposals, and track and report on key milestones. The role involves monitoring KPIs and iterating on product strategy based on feedback and research.
