Senior Product Manager

The Digital Commerce Experience Product team strives to develop top-tier customer and operator experiences for PlayStation's digital stores. As Senior Manager, Product Management - Storefront Experience, you will manage a team of experienced product managers tasked with improving the complete customer journey and expanding our storefront presence worldwide. You will guide and encourage your team, establish a product vision, drive the global expansion roadmap, champion the player experience, and partner with various teams to define the future content strategy. Innovate with Engineering, UX, and Research to develop intuitive, high-performing, and scalable solutions and collaborate with Legal and Compliance to develop experiences that are locally optimized and globally compliant. Define success metrics, monitor, analyze, and improve product performance.
