Software Development Manager

This role involves leading a full-stack team, setting direction, and maintaining alignment across teams.

• Drive the development of consumer-facing web applications.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Provide technical leadership and guide architectural decisions.

This role also includes developing engineers and improving our overall engineering operating model.

• Develop engineers through mentorship and career planning.
• Partner with other engineering leaders to drive cross-team initiatives.
• Recruit top talent and onboard new team members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and engineering management experience

• Must have 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing multiple teams.
• Should have 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products is required.
