Role Overview:
- Serve as a senior support partner to one or more Risk Advisors.
- Oversee daily insurance operations and maintain operational excellence across accounts.
- Provide guidance or quality oversight to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process commercial insurance submissions, quotations, and policy changes.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers on new business, renewals, and outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records across insurance management systems and CRMs.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience servicing U.S. commercial insurance accounts.
- Experience with manually underwritten commercial policies and carrier coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with insurance management systems.
