Senior Client Manager- Construction Commercial Insurance

Summary:

• The Senior Client Manager works with producers and client executives to manage service delivery for construction commercial insurance clients.
• The role is client-facing, team-focused, and requires professional skills in property and casualty insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely review of expiration lists and process renewals, including applications, policies, and endorsements.
• Support the broader service team and prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings.
• Manage invoicing, billing issues, and maintain agency management systems in real time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role, with 3+ years in construction account management.
• Must hold a Property and Casualty Broker License and possess strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
