Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total annual compensation ranges from $87,000 to $104,000, including a base salary and a monthly bonus program.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy, parent training, and supervision entirely via telehealth.
• Conduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications and Culture:

• Requires an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in telehealth ABA is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
