About the Role:
- Be the technical owner of AI deployments that transform health system operations.
- Build, launch, and operate production conversational AI agents handling real clinical workflows.
What You Will Do:
- Implement RAG pipelines grounded in customer clinical data with accuracy and safety.
- Build tool-calling and MCP integrations with EHRs, data warehouses, and operational tools.
- Execute production go-lives and monitor systems to catch anomalies before customers do.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python fundamentals.
- Deep expertise in LLM techniques including RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and LLM-as-judge.
- Experience building integrations with APIs, databases, or enterprise systems.
