Campaign Director, Industrial Transformation

Campaign Strategy:

• Leads campaign strategy, planning, design, and evaluation for the Industrial sector campaign.
• Develops a theory of change, core strategies, campaign goals and outcomes.
• Oversees strategic campaign planning at the national level and supports local planning.

Leadership & Management:

• Provides strategic leadership to the Sierra Club and external stakeholders.
• Supervises and mentor up to 5 direct reports by setting performance objectives.
• Ensures campaign staff advance assigned projects by collaborating with other staff and volunteers.

Fundraising & Representation:

• Represents the Sierra Club with the media and with partners.
• Fundraises for the Industrial campaign work.
• Manages a large complex budget.
