Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator will lead the administration of OneLocal's Salesforce platform and broader revenue tech stack. The role involves optimizing systems, improving processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to work more efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration: Manage the Salesforce platform, processes, workflows, and configurations. Manage standard and custom objects, user management, and security validation. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training and support to users. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Automations and Integrations: Manage Salesforce automations and integrations with external applications.
Data Management: Maintain and improve data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce. Implement and manage data hygiene processes.
Business/Systems Development: Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement systems impacting Salesforce and the revenue tech stack.
