As part of the Digital Product Management team, you will develop robust, modern, scalable data products together with the business partners, incorporating the latest solution components. With your strong understanding of business requirements and technical solutions as well as hands-on analyst skills, you are the perfect link between the Business Unit and Data Modelling and Data Engineering. We are looking for a Data Product Owner (m/w/d) who develops a vision for data-driven work in the business units. As Data Product Owner (m/w/d), you will derive a concrete strategy for implementing the vision of this vision and pursue the implementation until the go-live of your products. Here you will implement algorithms, marts, dashboards and reports together with our data engineers, data modelers and data scientists, always keeping in mind what you want to achieve with the use of this data. Exciting analytics projects await you, in which you will take our Buying Department to a new level. You will accompany Breuninger on the path of digital change and are responsible for the complete product life cycle from the analysis and recording of requirements to the specification of data objects and key figures up to the live launch of your data products. You are responsible for the strategic planning and orientation as well as the prioritization of the backlog for analytics and reporting in the financial area. You are the central and competent contact person for your stakeholders and the teams of the Data Platform Services and Data Science in matters of Data Lineage and Literacy. No one can provide better information about where your data comes from (upstream) and where it flows (downstream) and what you can do with it. You support our Data Modeling team in data modeling and the creation of business objects on our data platform. Based on the data provided by Data Modeling, you implement dashboards based on Power-BI for your stakeholders. Together with your colleagues, you establish standards, routines and solutions for a powerful decentralized data architecture as part of the Data Governance process.
