Go to Market Systems Engineer (Salesforce Developer)

In this key role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable automations and integrations across our Salesforce environment and other internal data warehouse systems. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our Salesforce instance supports rapid growth while maintaining technical stability and scalability standards. We are looking for someone with a builder mentality who thrives in solving often ambiguous problems, and enjoys creating innovative solutions from the ground up. Serve as the primary technical expert and owner of Salesforce development, keeping implemented solutions simple and stage appropriate for company size. Optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval workflows to enhance GTM efficiency. Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other applications using Salesforce APIs, Mulesoft, or other application connections. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within Salesforce and related systems, including business intelligence tools. Continuously improve Salesforce DevOps processes, including the creation and maintenance of automated testing between Salesforce environments in the pipeline. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience within Salesforce and connected GTM tools via quarterly performance reports. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices and correct usage. Assist with ongoing support and system operations, addressing user issues, troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring continuous improvement in platform functionality.
