Integration & Automation Manager/Architect

We are seeking a hands-on Manager-Architect (Integration & Automation) to lead and drive the architecture, development, and execution of our application and data integration strategy. This role combines deep technical expertise in Azure, C#, and Data Factory with leadership of a small team focused on end-to-end integration across systems such as LOS, Salesforce, marketing platforms, and third-party vendor tools. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing API and data pipelines, writing code, managing complex automation workflows, and working directly with business and vendor teams. Primary duties include architecting and managing integration solutions across cloud and on-prem systems using Azure services, developing automation workflows, building and maintaining pipelines, and providing code-level guidance.
