Job Description
This role will own and drive strategic, full-funnel campaigns across Twilio’s core use cases (e.g. Marketing & Promotions, Customer Data Management), ensuring clear objectives, compelling narratives, and measurable outcomes. They will lead campaign planning and strategic development for major product and business launches connecting customer insights, market trends, and business goals to shape the go-to-market approach. The manager will identify market opportunities using data, customer insights, and business priorities to create impactful programs. They will collaborate with global partners across Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to deliver aligned, results-driven campaigns, ensuring seamless project coordination and clear communication across teams.
