Senior Product Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented professional to help scale Noa Notes, our AI-powered product for healthcare professionals, in Brazil. This person will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, driving growth, efficiency, and process improvement. This role involves partnering with Product and Go-to-Market teams, designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and supporting the scaling of operations through process improvements and automation initiatives. The role also includes providing insights to guide go-to-market strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and building dashboards to track key metrics. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Data Analysis, with a solid understanding of product and business dynamics and proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
