Job Description
Snorkel AI is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead data development projects from start to finish. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and keep each initiative on track and on budget. The TDM will own every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet Snorkel AI’s standards of quality.
Main Responsibilities: Break tasks down, track progress and keep stakeholders informed. Convert abstract requirements into clear project plans. Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and storage across systems, leveraging SQL, JSON, and query management. Maintain a risk management plan and apply mitigation strategies. Encourage teams so they see how their work fuels the project’s overall impact. Manage project finances by tracking expenses and ensuring spending stays within approved limits. Present updates and forecasts using data-driven insights.
