In this strategic and dynamic role, you'll lead the development and execution of initiatives that strengthen our partnerships with health plans, employers, and other healthcare purchasers. You'll have the opportunity to pilot innovative programs, build new capabilities, and help design structures that support both independent primary care practices and emerging customer types. Own the growth and attribution retention strategies and implementation of assigned purchaser partnerships, and cross-functionally manage those initiatives through development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Partner with stakeholders to communicate and enhance Aledade’s value proposition and positioning of Aledade practices in the market to support organic growth, retention and margin goals. Monitor and identify changes to industry dynamics and adjust strategies as needed.
