Career Readiness Adjunct Instructor (Virtual)

Overview:

• The Graduate School of Technology invites applications for a part-time Adjunct Career Readiness Instructor.
• This role facilitates the Level 2 Career Readiness Program for domestic and international graduate students.
• The program is a key component of GST's student success strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality interactive virtual instruction using Zoom and related technologies.
• Facilitate discussions, breakout activities, mock interviews, and career coaching exercises.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback on resumes, interviewing, portfolio presentations, and job search execution.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a related discipline and professional experience in career services, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Demonstrated success coaching students or professionals toward employment outcomes.
• Prior online teaching or facilitation experience with proficiency in Zoom and virtual learning technologies.
