What You'll Do:
- Support and maintain highly scalable production systems across multiple products (FOLIO, LOCATE, MetaDB) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Develop and enhance automation to streamline operational processes using Java, Groovy, and scripting.
Your Team:
- You will be part of the FOLIO Operations team, responsible for the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the FOLIO ecosystem and related platforms.
- The team works closely with engineering, product, hosting, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable services to a global customer base, including high-profile institutions.
About You:
- U.S. Citizenship required and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
- 2+ years of experience performing AWS operations and support including experience with ECS, S3, PostgreSQL, Lambda, and developing automation.
- Strong experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins.
