Role Overview:
- Lead delivery of complex, enterprise-scale deployments for Strategic and Global customers.
- Operate in high-visibility, mission-critical environments where priorities evolve.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end delivery of programs from planning through deployment and adoption.
- Lead multiple high-impact programs simultaneously, managing scope, timeline, and risk.
- Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and external partners.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS or mission-critical environments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder deployments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
