About the Role:
- Design, build, and ship backend services, workflows, and integrations for clinical charting, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Own features end-to-end from approach with stakeholders through testing and production operations.
- Work in a mature Ruby on Rails monolith alongside supporting services and internal tooling.

- You'll build systems supporting reliable clinical workflows and secure, HIPAA-compliant data handling.
- Help drive intelligent automation and continuous improvement in a safety-sensitive environment.
About You:
- 5+ years building and operating production software with backend and workflow-heavy experience.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and comfort ramping quickly in an established codebase.
- Hands-on fluency with agentic AI-native development tools and a bias toward shipping.
