Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations
- Drive capture planning efforts for complex pursuits, including competitive analysis, positioning, win themes, and value propositions
- Facilitate go/no-go discussions, pursuit strategy meetings, kick-offs, and executive-level proposal reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant focus in Land Development, Public Works, municipal infrastructure, or civil engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
