This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role focused on acquiring and activating millions of users across TeamSnap’s free and paid consumer products. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the entire funnel — from awareness and acquisition to activation, engagement, and subscription conversion. You’ll work closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing, as well as Data and Engineering teams, to identify growth levers, run experiments, and scale what works. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of driving measurable growth in consumer apps or platforms, and is an expert in performance marketing across organic, paid and PLG channels.
