Card & ATO Risk:
- Own card issuer risk, including BIN fraud, transaction monitoring, and disputes.
- Design ATO defenses across login, device, and transaction flows.
Collaboration & Implementation:
- Work with payment, data, and engineering teams to deploy risk rules.
- Evaluate third-party risk vendors and optimize detection effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in risk control or fraud prevention with real-time rule deployment.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, and AI tool skills; bilingual English/Mandarin required.
