Platform Administration:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including data ingestion pipelines and audience segmentation.
- Manage integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Form.io, and Snowflake.
- Proactively monitor platform release updates and security reviews to surface opportunities.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate the marketing platform with websites and a custom preference center.
- Contribute to platform roadmap planning and sprint ceremonies in an agile environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or similar platform.
- Proficiency in SQL, Server-Side JavaScript, and API integration for building scalable marketing solutions.
