New Market Operations Director - Growing Partners

Responsible for owning and managing partner-level P&Ls for assigned markets and lead, influence, and support operational execution on the best clinical care for our patients. The operations director will execute on the operational plan based on market needs and promote holistic patient care. This will be achieved by leveraging internal and external stakeholders and partners and engaging the entire interdisciplinary team including nephrologists, advanced practice providers, behavioral health advanced practice providers, registered nurses, nurse care managers, care coordinators, health coaches, dietitians, social workers, and even podiatrists. They need knowledge of Value Based Care (VBC) to translate our operational and clinical model in a way that engages and drives internal and external stakeholders in strategic execution and partnership. This role requires 25-50% travel.
