AWS Lex Bot Developer

This role involves intelligent bot design, development, and maintenance using AWS Lex and integrating them with backend systems via Python-based Lambda functions.

• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining AWS Lex skill bots, implementing fulfillment logic using AWS Lambda with Python, and integrating bots with backend APIs and databases.
• The candidate will collaborate with business teams, perform testing and debugging, and support deployment and post-go-live enhancements.
• They will also document conversation flows, bot architecture, and integration details while working with QA, UX and platform teams.
• The qualifications include 4+ years hands-on experience in AWS Lex, strong Python programming skills, experience in NLU and conversation flow design, and knowledge of AWS services.
