Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical resource supporting the sales team and driving execution of account strategies.
- Partner with customers to understand technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions for strategic accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of telecom vendor experience.
- Strong knowledge of RAN and Core network architectures, including 3G, LTE, 5G NSA, and 5G SA.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced business qualification with experience in Service Assurance, OSS, or Customer Experience.
- Knowledge of SDN, NFV, Linux, cloud platforms, and scripting languages like Python.
- Understanding of OSS industry standards such as TM Forum and ITIL.
