About the Role:
- The P&C Insurance Sales Team Lead drives revenue by leading a team of agents.
- This role reports to the Director of Sales and improves agent performance through coaching.
- The leader ensures operational excellence in daily call center activities.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as an agency expert on P&C.
- Proactively seek ways to improve internal processes.
- Regularly coach and mentor a growing team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- At least one active P&C or Personal Lines state license.
- Analytical mindset and ability to motivate others.
