Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sign-Up Specialists, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
- Own team conversion metrics: set targets, track performance, and identify coaching or process interventions.
- Build a consistent, high-energy sales culture focused on urgency, follow-through, and strong first impressions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in sales or sales leadership, with at least 2 years managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of owning conversion or pipeline metrics and improving them.
- Strong coaching instincts and data-driven mindset, comfortable in CRM and performance metrics.
