Staff Software Developer - ShareGate Backup

In this role you'll be:

-Leading technical design, architecture, and delivery of the Backup feature, ensuring scalability and security.

-Designing and developing a new backup system that is reliable, automated, and easy to use

-Mentoring developers, growing the team, and influencing technical decisions across ShareGate’s engineering organization.

A typical week involves:

-Driving design discussions and solving complex identity challenges.

-Writing code and collaborating closely with Product and Design.

-Shaping the long-term team, participating in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.

Your team's challenges include:

-Delivering a secure, production-ready MVP to select customers.

-Iterating rapidly toward general availability while scaling the team.
