Studio Operations Analyst

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement. Track key performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations. Conduct data-driven analyses to provide insights and recommendations on studio performance, team dynamics, and operational processes. Facilitate knowledge sharing across studios by helping document best practices, promoting cross-team learning, and organizing collaborative initiatives. Create and refine processes to improve efficiency across studios. Work closely with departments like HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to support studio needs. Assist the team manager in preparing and delivering strategic updates for internal studios.
