This role is all about the hunt. You’ll be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics, introducing them to Koala Health and setting the stage for productive sales conversations. Success in this role means confidently dialing, emailing, and finding creative ways to connect with decision-makers while uncovering real clinic needs and booking qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers.
Conduct thoughtful, high-quality discovery calls with veterinary clinics to understand their challenges and spark interest in Koala. Book qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers based on real clinic insights. Use Salesforce to track outreach, manage follow-ups, and maintain clean pipeline records. Clearly and confidently explain how Koala supports veterinary teams and improves the client experience. Consistently meet and exceed outreach goals across calls, emails, and social channels. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and share real-time feedback. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound process and prospecting strategies. Stay informed on the veterinary industry, competitor offerings, and clinic pain points.
