Senior Paralegal, Commercial Contracts (Remote)

Aledade is seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join its legal team, collaborating with attorneys and business partners across all facets of Aledade’s business. The role requires prior paralegal and contracts management experience, demanding exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and effective teamwork, along with enthusiasm for embracing new responsibilities. Responsibilities include working closely with the commercial team and reviewing certain legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Consulting Agreements, Hotel and Events contracts, Order Forms, Software/SAAS agreements and other standard legal agreements.
