Role Scope:
- Build scalable, fully automated, enterprise-grade reporting.
- Use SQL to answer ad-hoc data questions and build report prototypes.
- Leverage reporting tools including Power BI, Epic's in-app tools, Salesforce reports, and Excel.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working directly with healthcare data.
- Highly proficient coding in SQL; experience with Git and dbt is a plus.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data ontologies.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Epic Workflows and Clarity reporting tools.
- Experience developing in a modern data stack using Databricks, Python, and/or Airflow.
- Experience working in early-stage or rapidly scaling healthcare organizations.
