Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help build the future of healthcare credentialing—simplifying complex workflows and creating intuitive experiences across our B2B SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who likes to move fast, take ownership, and cares about outcomes—not just deliverables. In this role, you’ll proactively uncover opportunities where design can add value, iterate quickly, and help shape how our products evolve. You’ll work across multiple product teams, leading design efforts, bringing clarity to complex problems, and ensuring your solutions deliver meaningful impact. Own the product design process — from discovery to delivery. Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ship impactful experiences across product teams. Drive clarity and alignment in a fast-changing environment. Navigate ambiguity with confidence, identifying where design can bring focus and unlock progress. Champion user-centered design. Contribute to and evolve our design system. Ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across all products.
