Staff Platform Engineer

As a Staff Platform Engineer, you’ll take a leadership role in shaping the platform’s architecture and scaling infrastructure to meet the growing needs of the business. You will drive key initiatives in automation, security, observability, and incident management, while mentoring senior engineers, setting best practices, and influencing the long-term technical direction of the platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll write code and build systems, owning the cloud infrastructure, optimizing systems for high availability, and leading the design of Infrastructure as Code. You'll also own the CI/CD pipeline strategy, lead incident response efforts, define observability standards, and contribute to security best practices. You will mentor and lead engineering teams, guide engineers, set direction, and contribute to business objectives by aligning engineering work with company strategy.
