Water Programs Manager

Job Highlight:

• You'll manage grant performance and partnerships with implementing organizations delivering excellent WASH programs worldwide.

Job Summary:

• You'll leverage your technical knowledge of on-the-ground program implementation to support partners.
• You'll work within an integrated team to coordinate strategies and draw on external technical resources.
• You'll report to the Associate Director of Program Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the multi-year grant lifecycle, including proposals, progress reports, and monitoring.
• Optimize partner program implementation through M&E findings and effective WASH strategies.
• Build and maintain partner relationships characterized by trust and mutual accountability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing a WASH funding portfolio or developing WASH programs internationally.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships against a defined performance framework.
