Program Finance Contractor

Audit Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner external audits, managing the end-to-end process.
• Review draft and final audit reports, provide feedback, and update the audit findings log.
• Coordinate communications with partners and audit firms, ensuring proper filing of reports.

Compliance Review:

• Complete and store compliance evaluations for all active partnerships within each grant cycle.
• Monitor partner submission deadlines and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.
• Provide comprehensive compliance updates to the Program Finance team upon cycle completion.

Misconduct and Risk Management:

• Initiate case setup and maintain records, coordinating the Grant Team for timely progression.
• Analyze partner-submitted documentation to assess adherence to internal controls.
• Draft risk assessments, action plans, and case documentation for review and approval.
