About the Role:
- We're looking for a Business Development Graduate to build relationships and resources for sustaining Chayn's work.
- You'll work across fundraising, grants, donor engagement, and partnerships.
- This is a graduate role offering practical experience in a small international nonprofit.
Your Brief:
- Research funding opportunities and help prepare grant applications and proposals.
- Maintain records of funding opportunities, applications, and reporting requirements.
- Support individual giving campaigns, donor communications, and stewardship.

Chayn is a global nonprofit making healing accessible for all survivors of gender-based violence using trauma-informed, multilingual, and feminist online resources. Founded in 2013, the organization has a core team of 11 staff and up to 10 contractors, working remotely worldwide, with up to 70% of volunteers being survivors of abuse.
